Refund policy
We have a zero return policy, but we do consider requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction or defective or damaged items during shipment. For refunds due to the aforementioned reasons, you must request within 30 days of the shipment being marked delivered by the designated mail carrier service.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos to demonstrate the issue.

If your refund is approved, we’ll attempt to refund directly to the original payment method or help arrange for an exchange item of equal or lesser value, or store credit for the amount of the purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest option is to request an exchange or store credit, which may be approved with supporting evidence of the product issue or concern. Disliking the scent of a product is not reason enough for a refund, store credit or exchange in most cases. If you are dissatisfied with the item you've purchased, contact our team directly with feedback so we can work with you to find the candle, scent profile or product that best suits your needs.
Refunds
Refunds can be approved with supporting evidence and information proving the issue. Contact info@lunarhoney.co with details of the concern and proof of purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
